Players affiliated with Penn State ...
23. DT Antonio Shelton, Penn State > Florida
25. DE Arnold Ebiketie, Temple > Penn State
32. QB Will Levis, Penn State > Kentucky

The Big Ten isn't as big a player in this piece as the SEC, ACC and Big 12. The highest Big Ten move was QB Jack Coan going from Wisconsin to Notre Dame at No. 7.

Antonio Shelton will get stomped on the nose in the SEC. Mark it down. Florida is in trouble if he is the plug in their interior defense.

Not a subscriber to the Athletic. That said, what about some of our B10 foes. I can get the raw data of who transferred where. As far as the most impactful, I have no way of judging. A couple of examples:

Wiscy got some transfers incoming but they don't seem particularly impactful.
RB Chez Mellusi from Clemson (3-star)
WDE Isaac Townsend from Oregon (3-star)

Conversely, the Hoosiers appear to nearly reconstructed their roster. Some are depth for sure. But they may have gotten a couple of real studs (if you go by their stars).
RB Stephen Carr from USoCal (5-star)
SDE Jaren Handy from Auburn (4-star)
WR Cam Buckley from TAMU (3-star)
S Deland McCullough from Miami-OH (3-star)
WDE Ryder Anderson from Ole Miss (3-star)
TE James Bomba from Miami-OH (3-star)
OG Zach Carpenter from Michigan (3-star)
WR DJ Matthews from Fla State (3-star)
DT Weston Cramer from No Ill (2-star)

Thoughts?

Shelton will spit on anybody who tries to stomp him on the nose.

The Temple and Iowa Corn and Corrugation Manufacuturing A &M kid at Dline and the depth added at defensive back- two spots you can never have enough every1.gif. Speaking of which when was the last time the author of this article tackled Baylor Bear that hadnt found any picnix baskets in a while?
