Temple game

I recall seeing some talk of the Temple game being moved to Thursday night, Sept 3rd. Was that just a wild rumor or Is there a real possibilty of this happening? Anyone with any inside info?

American conference schedule was released a few weeks ago and game is Saturday.

tv could change it but I doubt that happens...sept 5th looks like the date..hopefully a noon start...then Avalon nj for a coupla days!

Although not officially announced, all of the ESPN and CBS Sports network slots are already filled Thursday evening. Look for N Carolina v S Carolina, TCU @ Minnesota and Michigan @ Utah to fill SEC network, ESPN and ESPNU. ESPN2 will have US Open. Duke @ Tulane is already scheduled for CBSSN.
