This week we take a quick look at the Penn State Football and Ole Miss starters ranked as recruits.

so it looks like we have higher-rated kids that we've retained. Their team has a lot of xfers from higher and lower quality programs. This will probably be the third most talented team we've played. Iowa and WVa being in the league but probably a skosh lower. Obviously, a well-coached team. Neither has suffered from portal-outs and sit-outs since the end of the season much.

I think this is the best non-playoff bowl matchup of the year.
