A very good interview, Jason. Thank you for posting this.

But you might want to correct Coach's bio, as PSU was wrestling in the Eastern Wrestling League (EWL), not the EIWA during his early coaching tenure before joining the Big Ten. The league championships and awards you mention are all from the EWL as well.
