Pretty sure it's just Pac-12 Bay Area, and not the national Pac-12 network, at least according to Stanford's schedule.

That one you posted isn't so bad either! I lived in San Diego for 30+ years, (where I really was a surfer) and I can assure you that I saw comparable views in live action many times.
