One of the better things I have seen them do. A really good editor could turn that into a good blurb that they show on TV to recruit students. It's more appealing than just about every one I have ever seen. The trick is finding a good editor at PSU. Not sure that exists.

A university administrator is an academic who likes to play politics. Typically they're not very good at either endeavor and worse at administration. So I guess Barron's excuse for being poorly dressed and perpetually disheveled is that he's not good at anything else, so why not.
