SIAP - Braxton Amos to the Badgers

Amos should be a top 4ish guy right out of the gate but we will have to see how the cut to 197 will affect him. He uses raw strength as a primary weapon to over power a lot of his oppponents. Down 20lbs at the next level may cause him to adapt his style a bit. He is a rare super talented stud for sure but I am so stoked for Beard, I think we are locked and loaded for the next 4-5.

Good for Wisky!
And really bad for Tan Tom.

If a national top 5 recruit trains for years with Snyder and Dlagnev, and decides to attend college elsewhere ... maybe he just doesn't like black shirts.

Plus they have a potential lineup issue when Moore graduates. The options appear to be:
1. Kevin Snyder goes 197 for a year, then it's either Hoffman or Tyler Stein.
2. If/when Hoffman goes up (2021 or 2022), is Smith or Jordan a good option at 184?
3. Singletary cuts.
4. Unforeseen transfer.

Note, Shumate doesn't arrive until Fall 2022.

Far simpler. Shak gets/remains dinged, gets granted another year, Beard beats him out, he enters transfer portal, doesn’t want be associated with any cruise liner incident and heads west for a year. See. Simple.

For what its worth, here's my lineup projections (I keep a google doc) for the next few years. (will paste below)
Singletary already said he will probably drop to 197 for the 2020-21 season. So, 184 and 197 will be a combination of Rocky Jordan, Gavin Hoffman and Chase Singletary for 2020-21 and 2021-22. Also, we have an under-the-radar guy coming in, Hudson Jump, who a lot think could be another Kollin Moore/diamond in the rough type.

I have to admit you are loaded top to bottom. With only 9.9 you may not have room to recruit even one more kid for 3 years ;-)

It will be interesting to see if Rocky Jordan can increase his deadlift numbers enough to get off bottom versus Brooks... :)

Really solid team (tOSU), after continued great recruiting. 2019-20 will be a solid year, but I have them a notch below (only a couple teams though) after losing seven starters over the past two years. Re-loading really, as they will still be competitive.

I would enjoy a PSU / Iowa match every year, though I really enjoy having the Buckeyes as our rivalry team.

Hoffman will be 197 next year, along with singletary cutting down.

Rocky is wrestling off Hoffman at 184 this year.

Kevin snyder is not in ‘the plans’ - lol

Only a single dude keeping the PSU Iowa dual from being an every year deal.
