5 opinions today, most significantly Carson by the Chief. Essentially, if a state offers a school tuition voucher/benefit program, and it allows the vouchers to be used at private schools, it can't exclude private religious schools.

So, essentially seems to remove a legal cloud, but the question remains whether (or at least when) a state or local government would want to cannibalize its own systems. For example, a state could have a program allowing choice for students of underperforming schools, but limit the choice solely to other public schools.
