Former Ohio State and NFL wide receiver Terry Glenn passed away in a car accident early Monday morning, per numerous published reports.

Glenn, 43, was a first-team All-American for the Buckeyes in 1995 and won the Biletnikoff Award that season as college football's best WR.

Glenn, a native of Columbus who was just a one-year starter at OSU, had 64 catches for 1,411 yards and 17 touchdowns in '95.

Glenn was the No. 7 overall selection of the 1996 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots, and he played a total of 11 seasons in the league (six with the Patriots, one with the Green Bay Packers, and four with the Dallas Cowboys).

What???????!!!!!!! So friggin sad. He was my brothers favourite player in college and one of the very few Buckeyes I actually liked. May he RIP. Thoughts and prayers are with his family

he was unreal in Beaver Stadium in 1995. One of the best performances ive ever seen in person. couldnt be stopped and make multiple circus catches

He had the distinction of catching Tom Bradys very first NFL TD pass.

Wow, that is awful. RIP. His one year starting was ridiculous.
 
My brother and I had many arguments about who was better he or Engram. He sure was exciting to watch. I believe he started as a walk on. Truly bothered by this news.
