I havent been back to State College in ages, but may have chance to stop on my way back from other places sometime in next 2 weeks.

Is Lorenzo complex part of old Rec Hall?
What might be best day/time to have chance to see anyone practicing?
any suggestions?

Yes the Lorenzo Complex is part of Rec Hall. The wrestling room hasn't moved, just underwent a significant upgrade. Most kids will be out of school, so the practice schedule will be different than the normal school year. However, I would shoot to arrive between 4-5pm, unless you wanted to catch the early morning workout @ 6am? Your choice.
