Reform leader of the Soviet Union died at age 91.

Amazing man and history. The last leader of the Soviet Union empire. Tried to save it with reforms but it was too little too late. People’s lust for freedom and their energy could be contained.

Agreed. he was a person that put the good of the people over that of the communist party. That could have been really, REALLY ugly. Sadly, Russia returned back to the evil empire but, at least, there is freedom to move if you want/need to.
