Sandusky's lawyers have made a renewed motion for the court to do an in camera review of therapy notes in preparation for the May PCRA evidentiary hearings. Judge Cleland never ruled on their previous motion and Lindsay and Salemme argue that the Commonwealth's filing that a previous decision by Superior Court was erroneous is not valid unless and until that decison is overturned.
The filing is asking specifically for an camera review of therapy notes of Michael Gillum and Cindy McNabb regarding v1, v4, and v7. It is my understanding that the defense wants to probe the use of repressed memory therapy used in these particular instances.
