"Attorneys for convicted child sexual abuser Jerry Sandusky are again trying to hunt down a report that might not even exist.
It has been confirmed that special prosecutors James Reeder and Kenneth Brown were appointed by grand jury judge Barry Feudale to investigate leaks in the Sandusky grand jury.
What remains unclear is whether or not Reeder and Brown ever completed a report as mandated by Feudale on their findings, as Feudale was removed from his seat as the presiding grand jury judge before the six-month investigation was finished."
Do you know....if a judge makes a court order and then the judge is removed before the order is completed, does the order still stand?
FWIW, it looks like Krumenacker took over Feudale's Sandusky GJ...
"When Feudale got booted, his grand jury duties were farmed out to two judges, including Cambria County Judge Norman A. Krumenacker, court records show.
The grand jury Krumenacker took over included all aspects of the Sandusky case. That is why Kane, to satisfy her Sandusky campaign pledge, petitioned Krumenacker to review her Sandusky report prior to its public release in June 2013.
During Kane's review, Fina sought a protective order from Krumenacker barring the public release of any emails examined as part of the Sandusky review."

Wait- that can't be true. Barron and the BoT told us there's no matter before the university that required any review or examination of the Freeh report.
