DDS on defense and Singleton on offense.

Lots of players will likely improve, but "breakout" to me implies coming from an also ran to a big contributor.......

Other players I believe could stick out as new significant contributors include Fashanu and Tengwell on the OL, Wheatley (but likely can not win the starting Safety job due to great competition at the position, so he may shine on special teams), and van den Berg and Durant on the DL.
