There are no rumors to hear - the choice is up to the broadcast partner... and we don't even know who that is yet (it will be either ABC-Disney or FOX). Won't know until about a week before the game.

Big noon kickoff was the rumor. Whiteout being the Minnesota game seems to confirm it.

There’s strong rumors that Fox has the first pick that week and expects to take OSU/PSU. If so they likely put the game at noon.
