Just lacks it. Has talent, has arm strength, has want, has fire, just lacks "it".

Cook doesn't need 5 seconds. He found his man in 3 seconds on a couple of those throws.

Bad offensively, bad defensively. I just don't know if it's coaching or the talent. I do know that TD by MSU, the safety was no where in the play.
