In honor of Spectre hitting theaters this week, I thought I would do a favorite James Bond theme song poll!

Of course, I can only embed five YouTube clips per post, so this poll will focus on the James Bond Theme Songs from the 60's and 70's. The next poll will be 80's - 00's. And if you have a write in, and I know you will, please share!

1. 'Diamonds are Forever', Shirley Bassey - Diamonds are Forever

2. 'Nobody Does it Better', Carly Simon - The Spy Who Loved Me

3. 'Goldfinger', Shirley Bassey - Goldfinger

4. 'Thunderball', Tom Jones - Thunderball

5. 'We Have All the Time in the World', Louis Armstrong - On Her Majesty's Secret Service

are you going to do a best Bond stunt sequence, or shall I?

LOL. Have at it! I'll admit - I'm more of a casual Bond fan. But, I have loved most of the movies with Craig (sans 'Skyfall'). His opening chase sequence in 'Casino Royale' was fantastic.

Live and Let Die isn't a classic Bond song IMO, but it is a classic. It's really almost pure rock, which is weird. But, I get some people here like it. Here it is...

In what way is Live and Let Die different as a Bond song? There are others that rock too, just not in that era. To me, Nobody Does It Better would be the outlier.

Dunno - it feels different to me. And I'm just not a big fan of it.

Interesting. I liked Skyfall but thought Quantum of Solace was crap.
Agree about the chase scene in Casino Royale.

Tie between Live and Let Die and For Your Eyes Only.

As for the group listed in this thread ('60's and '70's), I voted for Nobody Does It Better.

LOL at "We have all the time in the world." Horrible. Was that Louis Armstrong on vocals? Whoever it was, it was not his best work.
