Another day, another idiot writes a column that starts off like so:

For two years starting Nov 2011, I wrote how Joe never backed away from a confrontation no matter the consequences. No matter what I wrote, IMO, the majority of people in America felt Joe either looked away or did what was legally right but not morally right.

Two years later, I went from wanting to hang Jerry from his manhood to golly gee there is zero evidence that Jerry had sex with any kid except from "victims" who were going to become millionaires for saying he did touch them. Ever since, I have demanded a new trial for Jerry to find the truth. I would think after the trial that Jerry would walk away a free man; BUT even if he is found guilty; the consensus in America would change to Joe did everything possible at the time to have this rumor investigated by competent people.

BOTTOM LINE: articles like this would vanish and people would stop calling PSU pedophile enablers. So if you don't like these type of articles, call your State Rep and demand a new trial for Jerry.

I'm pointing out to you the leg work you have to do ahead of time to make your vision a reality. Humans have a hard time understanding the infinite. We can't. However, we can understand that God is Love. Love can never make Joe a pedophile enabler nor if people think that can Love be diminished.

Nevertheless, as humans we need to fight for doing the right thing.

I agree that both the Republican Party and the democrats are all part of the Washington cartel. And this is why we need to elect someone who is not a pawn of the Lobbyists, the Unions, the Lawyers, the big Corporations (especially insurance), and the big Banks (especially the Federal Reserve).

Atheists, agnostics, humanists AND Penn State alums would bring the numbers to a level that Democrats and Republicans could never ignore. Add, that once such a Party had a clear and precise plan (agenda), there would be a certain percentage of Democrats and Republicans that would jump ship to join. Thus, leaving remnants that would more resemble The Socialist Party (Democrats) and The Religious Party (Republicans). Because, those people would NEVER join The Humanist Party.

Exactly how many (ahem) atheists do you know and converse with openly? Ever take a statistics class?

Jews, Christians and Muslims are CLOSED-MINDED. How do I know this, because their (ahem) holy book keeps them that way. There are no other alternatives to these groups b/c they are bound by what is written.

Once, the world was full of polytheists. To be a THEist, would have been weird. Then, instead of having MULTIPLE Gods doing discreet things, we now have ONE God doing ALL things. Is there a difference?

If society "evolved" from POLYtheism to MONOtheism, then why can't society "evolve" to Atheism? Just because you find that weird the same way POLYtheists found MONOtheism weird, what makes it not logical? The world was POLYtheist LONGER than it was MONOtheist. Let's say, for academic discussion, your God actually spoke to Moses. Imagine, God actually SPOKE to Moses. But, let's say it is true.

According to most religious people, Ancient Jews were devoted to this God. If this is "true", then why would God have to make these Commandments "if" Ancient Jews were already worshiping him.

Why did God have to make such a point, then? He made SUCH a point, the first FOUR commandments are all about him.

You shall have no other gods before Me.

• You shall not make idols.

I have 4 family members who are atheists. I was a math major and now I am a Media Director, so yes I know statistics better than most. Yes their mind closes when I bring up God. I therefore bring up semantics - God is Love and with strangers I usually get a comeback.

Mathematics and Christianity are sciences. Math is based on a number system and grows as a person grows. The logic element is if A then B. Christianity is based on the Bible. If we debate religion and you wander, we cam say you said B, now where is the A in the Bible you base that on? You are not bound by what is written but by how you interpret it. You yourself will get different interpretations depending on where you are in life.

As a Christian, I do not condemn you and I am fine if you are an atheist. However, I challenge you to read one of the four Gospels (even if you have read it recently) and let me know which verses you do not respect or you see as a contradiction. Please feel free to challenge me and I will see if I can give you an answer that makes sense to you. Feel free to take a chapter at a time. I look forward to being stumped, because this helps me grow, so please see how fast you can do it.
