First they have to decide what offense is their identity. They haven’t. Never really have in ten years. Now 6 OCs… no ID! Allar is a pro style QB not a “stick it in the belly of the back” for a split second then retreat or hand off. The entire offense is built and kids are brought in to run that offense. They have gone from pro, RPO, combo, to pro style QBs. Franklins preferred is what, combo? But Allar is not that. Who are you coach?
He does not know. Why can't we have one OL that pushes the opposing DL around instead of one that looks confused and/or ends up on rear most of the time? Start there and build O around that philosophy. UM did and now unstoppable in BT
Why did the lunatic Yurcich try to make Allar an RPO qb and Singleton into a delayed hand off RB? He effectively took each of their strengths and shit canned them for a fantasy. Want to know who were those in the uprising to kick Yurcich out? Every other assistant coach for the team.

Other than Moorhead there was only one other of the OCs that had an identity and CJF let instill the identity they wanted, Kirk Ciarrocca. I thought he was treated a little unfairly in favor of going to Yurcich. He instilled a tough, physical mindset on offense, on the offensive line. Ship has sailed and not saying he would have been the answer, but his style would be perfect for Allar.
