Essentially 2 wins and a "who cares"

Now, righteously, there is no doubt that these are the rulings that should have been made.....the arguments from P-H and PSU were ludicrous......but, still, with the level of corruption we have seen in the PA Judiciary, you still have to hold your breath - even on the simple, clear cut rulings.
