Parking for Maryland game at Ravens Stadium?

Anyone look into this? Apparently most parking is sold in advance and the Ravens suggest buying parking before driving to the stadium. The Ravens only sell parking to "cold lots" (meaning no grilling). Maryland has the parking where grills are allowed, but only selling them to MD season ticket holders (Lots A, B, C, G and H. Lot O also allows grills and is first come, first serve). Looking for any suggestions - was hoping to tailgate with 15 or so and a grill.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. Using that Parking Panda option on the Ravens web site identifies some parking options, but my problem is not being familiar with the "job-johnny" situation in those parts. Looking for info or suggestions, too.

Bump. Asked this a while back, but the Ol' Board of Infinite Knowledge said crickets... here's hoping someone can help us out.

I was able to get a couple of passes to a grilling lot, but only via a friend who is a MD Alum, who bought them for me. That avenue, I believe, is pretty closed now, cause I tried to pick up two more from another MD friend, but the MD ticket office was sold out. As you said, you still might be able to buy cold lot passes from the Ravens ticket office, but if you want grilling lots, you probably have to go through the secondary markets....CraigsList, StubHub, etc

83 drummer...trying to research the "hot lots"....can you tell me how you find out which lots are cold or hot?

Thanks
The hot lots are A, B, C, G, and H. Lot O is also hot, but no pre-sales, it's first come, first serve.

I got a pre-sale pass for lot O. It is the only RV lot I could find for anything over 16 feet.

Here's my suggestion:
Park at BWI airport and take the light rail to the game. You'll avoid all the traffic, and parking and rail fare should run around 20 - 25 total depending on were you park. It's quick, safe and dumps you out right at the stadium. Just be sure to get on the correct train. I did that for the OSU - Navy game and it is a lot better than navigating the streets around the Inner Harbor, especially as some areas get dicey and traffic becomes a nightmare as all the interstate traffic dumps into a city street. Not to mention many are one way.

That really doesn't solve your grill problem but if you can't get a lot it's an alternative. StubHub has some parking passes but they want an arm and a leg an there's no way I'd park a mile away in a cheap lot not knowing the area.

While you're there get a beer Baltimore Style, or as we say Bal'more ...

Call the Ravens ticket office (410-261-RAVE)....they should be able to tell you. I'm pretty sure of A,B &C. There may be a few more.
Good luck with that phone call. You will get ticket master and there wonderful "voice recognition system" otherwise known as scream at the phone and eventually slam it down. There seems to be no way to get a human being, at least I couldn't find one, and there is no menu item for parking passes.

We are not interested in tailgating so I went to this web site and reserved parking at the Horseshoe Casino for $30. It's very close to the stadium. Hope this helps somebody.

There's a lot over on Hamburg Street south of Ostend (you can see the purple tents on the aerials on google maps, so taken on a game day). I don't think it's an official lot so maybe there is a better chance of getting a spot there? It seems reserved for Ravens games, but I don't know otherwise. Also might be a show up the day of kind of place. It's further out, so probably would be a bit scary for outsiders.

I personally spoke with Whitney twice last week.

I went with the Horseshoe option too. I saw on one web site they allow "cold" tailgating and my parking ticket says I get a wrist band that allows me to get $1 drafts...not that I'm interested but they do have "real" bathrooms...

This is a public service announcement in order to de-mystify everything on this topic after talking to Ravens Central Parking. They confirmed the following:

1.They handle ALL parking lots for M & T Stadium.

2.All lots have been made “hot” for this game.

3.Their system shows only Lot O is sold out.

4. Maryland was issued passes for A, B, and C but NOT for every space. They indicated the “sold out” is probably in reference to the number they were allocated but again stressed Maryland was NOT given passes for all spaces.

5.She again confirmed that there will be same day availability for $40/space.

I'll eat crow (or perhaps Raven) if this is bad info but as long as you can arrive at a decent time next Saturday I think you would be a fool to pay $100-$200 on stub hub for a reserved space.

I called and got a Lot M (cold lot) pre-sale for 45 dollars yesterday. That just means fried chicken, subs, and lots of beer.

I ordered a couple passes from the Ravens ticket office last week for some friends, and was told that they only had "cold lot" passes left for sale. I received them yesterday (South Warehouse Lot), and they had restrictions printed on them...No Open Flames, No Grills. However, I do believe that $40 passes ($5 service charge) can still be had from the Ravens ticket office (410-261-7283).
