The 2014 orders would indicate that nothing prohibited Kathleen Kane from releasing Fina & Crew's #PornGate emails. There's all kinds of speculation as to the reasons why Kane has not released the emails, but I've yet to see anyone make sense of the mess quite yet. Lots of people pretending to know, but mostly unsupported innuendo and political posturing. Hopefully we'll get some clarity on the matter soon.

She responded after the state Supreme Court on Tuesday released orders from late last year that suggest there may be no barrier to the additional disclosure of emails.

This whole debate about the Ali case is an absolute disgrace. I'm on my mobile right now, but if you really want to get into it, there's 1,001 reasons why you'd be a fool to blame Kane for not following through on Fina's failures. He SINGLE-HANDEDLY made the case unprosecutable and pointless.

For the record, I'm not necessarily #TeamKane, per se, but I thank God that Tom Corbett and Linda Kelly are out of office. The great state(/commonwealth) of Pennsylvania deserves better than the abuses of power perpetuated by Frank Fina & Co.

Kane may go down in this whole ordeal, but you better bet that she's taking your boy Frank Fina down with her. And the good people of PA will suddenly start feeling a little more "American."
