One note I read this morning. The FBI was told about the shooter and given his name. Rather than do nothing, it tried to find him but could not locate him. So they did something. Of course it shows how bad their something was.

It's a shame Joe didn't call the police, a less effective version of the FBI with less resources, to tell them an unknown teen (who would eventually go on the record to say nothing happened) had taken a shower with JS a few weeks earlier.

It's a bigger shame that the three people who knew before Joe didn't either.
