Was in Malibu on Saturday. Lots of homeless wandering up and down the PCH. I’m sure they live in the hills as well. Would not be surprised if the woman has psych issues and wandered in off the street. Saw a pic of the house and its right on the hwy and no driveway, not overly secure or isolated.
