OT: I’m gonna lose 25 pounds by June.

I go 4 days on a diet, then 1 day off it, then 3 more on, then 1 off, etc...it's slow and gradual but it works.
 
I started March 1.
Top weight was 197. Now at 177. I don’t exercise and I’m never hungry. I refused to give up ETOH to lose weight. What’s my secret? I just stopped eating like I was 16 years old.
LIke me some ETOH.
