OT: Barnwell on the Eagles' recent moves.

Yes, he's just another man with just another opinion, but, in case anyone cares, he's someone I have always found to be very perceptive about all things NFL. We'll have to see. In case you won't click Grantland, short and sweet is that in toto the moves don't make sense.

I'm a huge DMM fan, and I hope he does well (especially since the Redskins are DOA, anyway).

Chipper certainly was given enough rope to hang himself!!! And it's why Howie is still around. If things dont work out, Laurie still has someone around he can trust, and Howie will be back in charge!! If they work out, I'll take my crow over easy!!

It would be interesting to know when the Eagles knew they were going to get the free agents they have signed. It certainly looks like when they traded McCoy they didn't know who they would end up with. Good article.
