Even after Joe was fired, I don't think JS realized the seriousness of his situation. I think he honestly believes he is innocent and thought it was all just a misunderstanding that would get cleared up at trial.
I would be completely shocked if there were a person in or around that building that didn't know about the investigation by then.
You are likely more sure of the work place culture in and around Lasch than I am. But I will say that on the rare occasion that there has been some sort of scandal at my workplace, there is no way the janitorial staff had any clue about it. This can certainly vary from work place to work place.
If Sandusky was unable to recognize that being charged with 48 counts of crimes related to child sexual abuse and endangerment wasn't a high magnitude issue until Paterno was fired, he's even dumber than I thought.
So did you routinely talk with the janitors during this time period? If you did, then I trust you. I might also have follow up questions.

No, I did not routinely speak to the janitors in that time frame. I spoke to some before that and I spoke to some after that.

Jerry Sandusky had a very strong social life. He often had other coaches accompany him when he traveled with Second Mile kids. And everyone he knew described him as a naive goofball.
Besides if he really is the cunning evil mastermind you claim he is, why does he still play the part of naive doofus even after his conviction? He may have gotten sympathy, and would have definitely gotten a shorter sentence, if he admitted he had a psycho-sexual condition and couldn't control his actions. What is he getting out of that?
Whatever you think Sandusky is, you can't explain why Dottie still lives in State College or why she visits him every week and has always stood by him.

Another one liner as an answer to the Jerry is guilty dialog. Funny...your answers are always the same:
(1) Jerry is a pedophile - Your ultimate go-to proof is...."He was found guilty in a Court of Law" (PA OAG cases are a REAL court of law????) This response of asserting the LEGAL guilt is maintained by you regardless of what new evidence in the case significantly bring the trial which convicted Sandusky into serious question!
(2) When someone brings up a valid fact that would cause normal people to question #1 above.....FIRST - You verbally abuse the poster by name calling. (This only supports the fact that when "suspicious" legal activities and newly uncovered facts are uncovered you have no real answers). SECOND...when the features that are posted are valid and potentially indisputable - you then just go to #1 above and repeat forever.
Based upon the consistency of your #1 response regardless of new information....It is great to have someone who must be an "expert" provide pointless responses based upon 1st hand knowledge of how to be pedophile.

Guilty verdicts carry a lot of weight. It’s not crazy to say a guy who was found guilty of 45/48 counts is guilty.
Do you feel the same way about Sandusky's five adopted children who also insist their father is innocent? Yes, I know one did flip on him, but Matt changes his story everytime he opens his mouth,
And the fact that the list of misconducts by the prosecution in the case is a mile long. And the fact that several key trial accusers have been caught in lies. And no porn in his possession at all. And no payoffs/drugs/alcohol to accusers.
Good to see you put out so many intelligent, well-reasoned arguments like this one! When I first joined this board, I was more neutral on this matter. Let's just say posts like yours versus posts like FrancoFan's really moved me in one direction.

It's is a real shame that we were having a good conversation here about *new* information that's come out and then a handful of the usual suspects show up to add nothing to conversation and and drown out the actual information exchange with "Derp, but he was convicted, derp."
Listen, at this point we get where you (and you know who you are) stand on this. If you don't have anything new/constructive to add, can't you just ignore that this thread exists? If you have new information to share, or have old information that puts new information in a different light than by all means share it. Otherwise, please respectfully STFU.

BUT, if you can explain why the State of PA AVOIDED inditing TSM for any mishandling of Sandusky and how Sandusky's entire "criminal activity" was hung on PSU ALONE, I would appreciate it. That Jack and his wife are untouched by any legal or public condemnation proves that this "case" against PSU was a fabrication. This "Story" originated in Harrisburg and has been continuously promoted IN ITS ENTIRETY since 2012.
I guess that's what $650,000 in Donations (what most people would call protection money) gets you in PA.
This point alone - TSM has no moral or legal culpability for their employee - (in addition to DOZENS of other issues) indicates the courts were NOT valid legal processes - they were EXTERNALLY COORDINATED & CONTROLLED to promote this OAG engineered "Story" of guilt - and that the "judgements" you state are "not crazy" ....well,they are just plain garbage.

It's a free message boar dan various people chime in. Personally I prefer not to live in an echo chamber. Over the years that I've watched this I have seen nothign to convince me that Jerry was railroaded.
