This story might erupt like a wildfire. It has a freaking POLITICAL element to it - so that will cause all sorts of various factions to latch on to this story.

Please take this opportunity to remember that Penn State has a culture problem.
You claim 1500 - 2000 abused and/or raped?
You are throwing away all your credibility on the Sandusky case just to get a pint of blood from a rival school.
Let due process play out.
PPB, that's the whole point. Frank Fina and his porn-obsessed cronies threw nukes on the Sandusky story with their inaginative "anal rape" narrative. Might as well keep it consistent, especially in the public arena of judgment and punishment. You saw the CNN story quoted above where they CONTINUE to say Joe Paterno literally covered up allegations of anal rape. If OSU fans want to put the anal rape label on us, well, they hired Greg Schiano and Larry Johnson Sr (who was complicit according to Jr, lol), and they failed to report direct reports of sexual abuse of OSU student athletes by OSU faculty/staff, whereas PSU actually reported outside the university both times.
On game day that distance gets much, much, much shorter.
Talk about projecting behaviors. OSU is trying to use a non-story about PSU/Paterno as justification of their scandal, the worst in the history of athletics.
How disappointing it must be for michigan state. They went to great lengths to cover up nassar’s disgraceful acts only to be #2.

2. This scandal at tOSU is gonna remain in the news for awhile, and is gonna color the PSU-tOSU rivalry at whole lot longer. It will also keep the Sandusky scandal in the public eye, as tOSU fans will no doubt be referring to it in response to jeers from Penn Staters. Imagine the signs at this year's PSU-tOSU tailgate, and in the stands.
3. The price for a tOSU-PSU ticket is gonna be astronomical well before September 29. This scandal is gonna help drive up public interest, and prices, a whole lot.
