Windsor has a lot of emotion. Plays as hard as he can. Top potential, perhaps not so much. I think he needs to jump the count for lack of quickness, hence the penalties. Givens, on the other hand, is the anchor of our defensive line. I've been a little disappointed that we obviously don't have a Givens-equivalent for the other starting tackle spot.
