In 15+ years of following, studying, and critiquing the PSU Board of Trustees (and other governance boards):

Without question .........

The PSU BOT has NEVER acted with more dysfunction, or operated with greater malfeasance, than it does TODAY. Right now.

Moreso even than it was in November of 2011.

That is sad - - - and undeniable.
