Thanks God the NCAA got on top of this so quickly before it got out of control. Amazing how fast they can react when serious violations occur. By the way, does anyone else remember Burrow and LSU having cigars after their NC game? Must have missed those penalties.

It's because there was a no tobacco law at that stadium and they did it two years in a row. They were also warned after the first year. The NCAA is trash but this has nothing to do with Burrow or different rules.
