Aren't Kolodzik and Steveson also short of the 15 bout threshold?

Yep, that loss to Kemerer was a bummer on multiple levels. Nick is going to take a nice run at it and its not totally out of the realm of the possible that Markie beats Kem twice on the rebound, comes back, and wins a Hodge to close out his career. Spencer is nearly invincible, but.. I don't want to jinx anyone else but to those with a memory netter than mine when/who was the last Hodge winner with at least one loss?

Nick Ackerman(co-champ with Cael in 2001) was the only Hodge winner to have at least one loss on their record.

You should check this out. Win Magazine has write-ups for all of the winners. Pretty cool history. For example, the 1st winner, T.J. Jaworski actually had a loss to Kolat at Midlands. It wasn't an official loss, though, because Kolat was wrestling unattached.

That is interesting about Jaworsky. I thought Metcalf won the Hodge with a loss in 2008?
