Missouri Valley Conference to play starting in Feb

So they will play eight games. Youngstown State will at North Dakota State on Sun Feb 21. Sure hope they have a dome but I don’t think so. Even travel to ND in Feb can be difficult. Then back to South Dakota State on March 13.

NCAA Div I FCS will then have a 16 game playoff with 11 automatic qualifiers and five at large invitees. Hope to hold final championship the weekend of May 14-16.

No decision yet on fans or spring practices.

NDSU does have a dome. U of South Dakota, UND, and UNI all do as well. Maybe they can make it work but seems hard to avoid some outdoor games in February. Cold AF in the upper plains.

Interesting that their playoffs will extend beyond the NFL draft. Any kids hoping to make the big dance will play just a game or two to show what they are capable of and then be gone.
