Everyone involved wants to hid under the veil of secrecy and attorney/client privilege. let's hope that the Judge see through this and rules to allow depositions.
My favorite part of this article:
“In addition, the oral testimony required of ... Miller seeks information that is confidential as information contained within the (CYS) files as respect to any information involving a minor child is protected under the Pennsylvania statutes...”
In other words, they won't give V6 the information he wants since that would violate their PA mandated confidentiality with V6. "Uh, for your own protection we can't tell you what we know about you." I wonder if they were able to restrain themselves from giggling when they put that one across.
