Look, I thought it was a 'boner' move by Narduzzi at the time but I seem to recall Pitt getting the ball back and had he made the FG not so many people would be questioning. It speaks to our offense's inability to put the game away in the waning minutes. Shades of OSU and MSU from last year. As some of yinzers have pointed out, we'll pay for it against stiffer competition. Our defense can only do so much. Already I have nightmares of Nate Stanley slicing through our zone pass coverage like a hot knife through butter. If NFL scouts aren't taking that kid seriously then they will after we play Iowa.
