i got in okay - but it cut out a couple times. not too bad. i think these issues are caused by the multi-cast technology a particular station is using. it takes some capital and skill to run these operations trouble free. i would like to see Phil and co. try to do something from the PSU broadcast system. I am sure we must have really solid technology and skill right on campus.

Caller asked a question about Bowen returning and how that would impact scholarships. Phil said he believed that there was a path back for Bowen but he is unsure if that would be this year or next year. Phil said that he thought PSU was down to 85 until they offered a scholarship to the long snapper and that Bowen could add one more, but he mostly punted on the question by saying that PSU doesn't release names of players on scholarship so it's all just a guess. He said D1 teams must be down to 85 by start of regular season practice.
