This dual was every bit as difficult to pick, and then some. First thing I'm going to say is please look over your results carefully. With all of the possible iterations, it would not surprise me at all to find mistakes.

The best score for this dual was 25. EVERYONE else was at 22 or below, so Pulpatine deserves special mention for separating himself from the field for this dual. He was one of two (bdonsecz was the other) to pick against Lee (boo, but right) and the only guy to call Nevills holding Snyder to a decision.

Two other special mentions for this dual: psuflyfisher and SnydleyWhiplash were the only two that had Cassar beating Moore. Gutsy call, well done.

I think I should have 3 points at 125.
I had Tomasselo Mdec Kuhn. (post #508)

Yep, that was my most common correction, as I was putting data into the spreadsheet. Gotcha covered. It'll show up in YTD standings. And, congratulations, second place all to yourself for the dual.

leaving on vacation this afternoon. hopefully this is comprehensive.

One correction from the Ohio State dual, where the scoring was right, but my comments were not. In addition to psuflyfisher and SnydleyWhiplash, a THIRD player chose Cassar over Moore, and difft from the 247 board absolutely deserves special mention for that, even if it doesn't move his score closer to his son's.

On to Iowa...unlike a couple of Ohio State guys recently, funkisfun continues to handle the pressure of being number one, once again leading the way for Ohio State, along with RoarLions1. Both of them come out on top of this dual with 24.

One dishonorable mention this week goes to jimbokropf, who was the lone guy to pick against Joseph. Tsk, tsk, tsk. :)

There was at least one guy who must have thought he was down by 4 with 20 seconds left, and thought he just had to go for the big throw. Unfortunately for him, it was more like Snyder trying to throw Nevills, and got pancaked.

I'll do the last season-to-date update tonight. With only one dual left, which is unbelievable to me, two things are about to happen. We're about to crown the dual season champion, and we're about to enter the post-season, where the points are significant and the ranks will change.

Yes, you correct, I was comparing to a saved draft of my picks, not my final picks. Should have gone with the first set of picks.

Ummm, alphabetically I should be listed first, and Roar second. Unless of course the first tie breaking criteria is the amount of reliable, useful information provided. In that case it's correct.;)

Here are the latest YTD results. Remember, they are after both Ohio State and Iowa, so if they look a little odd, make sure to look at both of those results.

We now have no ties in the top 8, so a clean podium, without having to go the the first tiebreaker of most forum posts. For those that don't know, the second tiebreaker is a parking lot "meeting" before a dual.

And, with one match remaining in the dual meet season, funkisfun is still in the lead by two over flyfisher and by three over Hockeygod. Can the funk hold on for one more dual, or will he be issued a bench warning for complaining about alphabetical order? Can Snydleywhiplash hold on to that 8-spot or will Crunched, Calinittany or another one of the 317's make that special effort to hop on?

Buffalo might not let much room for movement, but that's why the game isn't played on paper.
