How can you not tear up at this? Would have been even more powerful had they had another trumpeter softly playing Taps.
When my wife passed, I put together a video montage of her life that was played at the reception after her funeral. I set the montage to a soundtrack of her favorite songs. She was a big Beatles fan, so this song was included. This verse was on the back of her rememberence cards:
