Michigan has reasserted itself this year, but I nonetheless believe that tOSU is PSU's most genuine rival. I also believe that PSU will continue to be tOSU's primary challenger and rival going forward.

Sparty is like a pesky horsefly, buzzing around and annoying PSU with a couple of upset wins the last couple of years, but then falling flat on its face in the balance of its schedule. Sparty needs to be slapped down, big time.
