Many during the election. You complained about added costs. Who was going to pay the added costs? It is not mexico.

Are you trying to qualify for the most random post of the year?

If you didn’t know this - the Republicans are the free traders and its the Democrats that have always been concerned about factory jobs and the American worker.

An altered state
What dems were against having more factories in the US????
Dems were always against factories and manufacturing in the states because ‘eewwwww, it’s dirty work!’ They wanted to offshore all of it so could buy all the junk they wanted and wouldn’t have to breathe any dirty air. They didn’t really care how bad China or Mexico got because those were desperate people just happy to survive.

And they fought Trump tooth and nail about reshoring jobs. Fought his tax cuts, fought his deregulation, fought cheap and clean nat gas. They believed no matter what, companies would keep their jobs elsewhere for the cheap labor.

Is that why so many factories closed while Dems were in office?

Do Dems now support tax breaks for companies opening factories?

Why don’t you name a single example

The reality is it's really tough to get to the Dems promised CO2 reductions if you reshore industries. Last thing they want is heavy industry, mining and material processing. All which are energy intensive. They rather have China do it then complain about their emissions even though they use the end products.

During the Clinton years all they talked about the ‘new economy’ and how great it was. Offshore manufacturing with a service economy stateside. Based on financial biz and service industry like retail sale, leisure, and travel. They loved pushing manufacturing out of the country.
