An there won't be any Jim Banks, Elise Stefanik, Doug Collins, Mike Turner, or (best of all) Gym Jordan there to try and turn it into a dog and pony show. In fact, the GOP is in now in the dark as to what, specifically, the Committee is doing in preparation for the televised hearings. And no opportunity to cross examine witnesses, or put on witnesses of their own. Instead, it will be a bunch of hooting and hollering from the sidelines. Awesome. Thank you for your big blunder, Kevin McCarthy!

Read all about it in the story linked below. (PPB will particularly love the story, given its source.)

As a lawyer, it is really admirable for you to praise star chamber proceedings. You lefties have come a long way from the days of the British monarchy. Democrats showing their Leninedt and authoritarian true colors.

"Star Chamber proceedings?" Great characterization, counselor. If only it were not so fanciful. Kevin "Jellyspotter" McCarthy had his chance to ensure full GOP participation in this Committee, and had in fact authorized GOP Congressman John Katko to work out a deal with the Democrats concerning this Committee. Which Katko did. Whereupon McCarthy withdrew and boycotted the proceedings. His choice. He'll now have to live with it, as will his Party.

You do realize that political stunts like this one are why your party is facing annihilation in November right?

What are you trying to say here? Dentures in crooked?

BTW: What is "Gym Jordan"?

You are so clueless and uninterested in finding out the facts that you exult in a propaganda show trial. Democrats mimicking communist China type trials. Absolutely pathetic.

Actually Dems are going to lose the November election for 1 reason, global inflation caused by the reopening of the global economy after a global pandemic. The pandemic helped them win in 2020 and it going to help them lose in 2022. It’s really that simple.

Are you trying to say it's a "global" thing, NJPSU??

Remember Biden promised last July that inflation was only temporary.

Is that why you guys got clobbered in 2010 also? 2014? 2016?

Inflation in and of itself has little to do with it.

So basically anyone that will question the narrative won't be there.....how very authoritarian of the democrats....not surprising. I'm sure they will be using doctored evidence again as well

I'm pleased that you're finally learning how to surf the internet and find alternate news sources (albeit highly biased) instead of relying on your ISP.

What's next on your learning list? A Google search?

All of which makes such hearings a one sided dog and pony political show. People are catching on.

We haven’t lost the popular vote in a Presidential election in nearly 20 years.

thank God for Congress' investigation. It isn't like there is a Department of Justice that is already tasked with investigating Jan 6 and is sparing no expense in its investigation...Thank God we have legislators like Pelosi to make sure the objective facts are learned....

Hey, Pelosi and Co. are just taking a page from the Senate GOP's playbook. Go ask Senator Turtlehead (aka Moscow Mitch).

We have bigger problems from the "The Chinese Big Guy" regardless let the dems continue doing what they are doing. They are turning the electorate Red For the Republicans.

You don’t.
Uh, here's the problem you have

The White House is just a residence, if it has no power. Right now, you have no power (even the power over basic damage control), and you guys rule the roost, House, Senate, Executive.. and yet can't get anything done

Imagine how bad it will be when you lose Congress in a few months...

THAT drove Bill Clinton insane when it happened to him. Then he started banging interns. Biden isn't even able to bang a urinal at this point (the White House custodial staff should get paid double these days for cleanup on isle 46)

Don't lose track of the fact that if Republicans take control of house or Senate, nothing limits their ability to reopen or restart hearings. in DC nothing is over even when its over!!

I find this interesting. The net result is the left will be outraged. The right will be outraged. The moderates will be wondering why the democrats are wasting time on this when they should be discussing supply chain, inflation and energy policies.

Trump lives inside their heads. They need to make sure he is damaged or cannot run for some reason. He should wait them out as long as possible and then announce he isn't running. Really mess with their heads.

the "you are all racist" meme has to run out at some point. I guess having to wear needless masks and take needless shots didn't do it. But inflation, crime and energy costs seem to be moving the needle.
