A big day in Harrisburg today as the Pennsylvania Supreme Court considers whether or not to uphold the disciplinary board’s recommendation to suspend the law license of Frank Fina for a year and a day. I hope the Supreme Court does the right thing and upholds attorney-client privilege by sanctioning Fina for his egregious behavior. Fina violated the constitutional rights of Graham Spanier, Tim Curley, and Gary Schultz and deserves to have the book thrown at him.
Well based on the actions of courts at all levels in PA over the past 8 years I won’t hold my breath on these clowns doing the right thing.
Sadly, Frank's work is already done. He doesn't need a law degree to collect the payments from those that gave him instructions along the way. I'd venture to say he's set for life. Only his reputation can be tarnished in this, and it's obvious that doesn't matter to him.
