For all the Auburn fans that have been visiting the board this week...

It's really unfortunate that PSU was forced to beat your team and your disgraceful, embarrassing homer scumbag Officials. What an embarrassment - the SEC should be ashamed of that disgraceful display.
Why can't we just congratulate the Auburn team on a great game and leave the rest alone? Both teams played excellent football. Proud that PSU got the huge "W" over a well coached and talented team.

Other than those, the calls weren’t “bad”.
But the third down/fourth down fiasco should be a fire-able offense. How does that happen at this level?

Really??? The non-called Intentional Grounding on Nix "wasn't that bad"??? LMAO

How about the beyond absurd PF call on Smith whose offense was to merely touch Nix with his palms as he attempted to brace himself as he was about to slide into a wall of Auburn players (replays clearly showed what absolute horse$hit the call was).

Calm down, Poindexter. I didn’t say there weren’t questionable calls, but the third/fourth down call was egregious.

There were a number of egregious calls - including the one that preceded the call your mentioning. The Rulebook says a QB must be under duress and attempting to avoid a sack in the Tackle Box to call Intentional Grounding! Additionally, a broken route between a receiver and QB does not qualify as a penalty under the rule.

So those would be back-to-back insanely egregious AND UTTERLY WRONG calls that essentially took a possession away from PSU utterly unfairly and completely by the SEC Officials, not Auburn's Defense.

F that. They tried to affect the result of the game. It wasn't 1 iffy call in the first half. It was at least 4 egregious calls and it needs to be called out.

I thought Auburn played hard and competed like crazy tonight, they are a very solid football team.

I think their coach let them down kicking the FG instead of going for it on, what was it, 4th and maybe 2?

It's not the fault of the Auburn fans. They didn't do anything. Why are you attacking Auburn fans for something they had nothing to do with? All they do is root for their team, not officiate the game. Same as us.

They should be ashamed of their Conference's behavior in this game. SEC Officials are representatives of the SEC.

BTW, their Intentional Grounding call on PSU was made all the more egregious when they blatantly ignored BLATANT Intentional Grounding by Nix later in the game because it would have taken Auburn out of scoring position.

Stop with the nonsense. Auburn fans don't have to feel ashamed of anything tonight. It's not their shame they didn't do anything. You've now like quintupled down with this stupidity. Go to bed you sound drunk.

You’re a douche
I really don't see how someone calling out 2 blatantly questionable (if not outright WRONG) calls by the officials makes them a douche. Both Fowler and Herbstreit said they had never seen an overthrown by a QB, along with a broken route by a WR, called as intentional grounding. Then, they were able to confirm with the replay, that Nix was INSIDE the tackle box on his throw, which should have resulted in an intentional grounding call on AU.

a childish and disgraceful post. Auburn fans my apology
I guarantee Auburn fans on their board are talking about how they should have won and how this play call or that play call would have changed the game and never mention the officiating. Sorry, it was criminal tonight, no other way to say it. If you’re apologizing to Auburn fans then you’re pathetic.

There were some head scratching calls, but it was not the Auburn fans fault.

They should be embarrassed for their Conference's behavior. BTW, their QB completely faked a "hit" and penalty on the sideline which the corrupt Officials clearly colluded with (and Nix's Coach condoned). If you read the Rule Book, it is player "Unsportsmanlike Conduct" to fake a hit and penalty like this. (Auburn then attempted the same bullshit at the end when their receiver just flopped to the ground while grabbing Brisker and attempting to pull him on top of him - the ball was thrown 10 yards over their heads and not remotely catchable even by Superman! Clear attempt to flop another bullshit penalty.)... But Auburn fans should be "proud" of this type of blatant cheating???

They even said the replay booth said it was 4th down which is pathetic!

Keep it polite. How old are you? Does your mommy approve of your internet rants? Hope Auburn fans had a good time in Happy Valley.
