PIMCO founder Bill Gross stands accused of fouling up his Laguna Beach home before handing it over to his now ex-wife in a divorce settlement, the New York Post reports.

Gross not only hid dead fish in the home’s ventilation system but he also dispersed an artificial spray designed to smell like flatulence and vomit, according to court filings from Sue Gross.

The $36 million home was “in a state of utter chaos and disrepair,” according to the Post. The filings also allege the house was beset by water damage.

The complaint goes on to allege that Gross has carried out a campaign of harassment by way of a private security company against his ex-wife, her two sisters, and her assistant. A source close to Gross tells the Post that the security company was hired because his ex-wife frequently showed up unannounced at the house at odd hours. On one occasion, she left with a Picasso painting awarded to her in the divorce settlement worth $36.9 million, according to the Post.

The former husband and wife each have a restraining order against the other, the Post says. Sue Gross filed for divorce in December 2016. It was finalized in October 2017.

The couple did not just squabble about personal property—they ultimately split the $355 million William and Sue Gross Foundation into two distinct entities. Still, that pales in comparison to the personal fortune they divvied up in the divorce, with each side receiving $600 million in their divorce settlement

Just a work side note here. We had a few guys who were real jokers at work. Once, one of the guys sprayed his buddies steering wheel with a sticky clear glue that was really tough to get off. Then the other guy put a used washing machine in the back of his buddies pick-up truck. As the next step, it was near winter and the heater in one of the guys room was a small long wall heater under his window. His buddy placed a series of sardines on the heater. They were unseen because of a small piece of plywood in front of the heater. That office smelled like fish for a month before he found the stinky fish. We all hated to go in there. Fish can make a really bad smell when rotting.

I feel bad for them (not).

When one of my dad’s buddies got divorced. He took the you split everything in half after a divorce to heart. He literally fired up the chainsaw. And cut everything in half. Every table, bed, chair........ everything. This was back in the 80’s lucky for him. Somehow he escaped any jail time or having to replace any of the furniture. I still laugh every time I see him. He always said if she would have been civil about things. He would have pretty much gave her most of it still in one piece.

Both of them had enough face lifts to almost look like twins... pretty disgusting. Hopefully the charities win and get the most of their assets.

Had a case once where, following a fight, police ordered that he stay away while she gathered her things and left. She went ahead and cut the power cord in half on every electronic device in the house, poured bleach on some of his clothes and stuffed the rest in toilets, took one coffee table leg, etc.
