I had never noticed that at the 16 second mark Fix purposely steps off the mat to get a restart. By definition that should have been a stalling warning. It was very obvious.

That's not true--he took 1 shot in the 1st Finals, in Sudden Victory. It went the way most shots against RBY go . . .
