At this point at least, The Big Ten looks to be the strongest conference overall.
 
The Big 10 East is far and away the toughest division of any conference.
It's ridiculous how lopsided the divisions are. Didn't we get an explanation that things run in cycles? When does the cycle shift to the West division? Probably not in the next 2 decades.

To make matters worse, we got Wisconsin and Iowa as our crossover games.

Well, the SEC is #1 & #2.
So I suppose the past few years the ACC was the best conference because they had Clemson. And the AFC East was the best division because they had New England.

Never and it translates to their HS recruiting footprints. Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Purdue are just not surrounded by decent HS football. Heck, the whole state of Nebraska only has a population of 1.9 million
