So the one that didn't make a plea deal got the smallest sentence, and the judge piles on the dead guy icing on the cake.
So this judge is just furthering the narrative. Probably intentionally so.

Just my opinion. But when this judge piled on the dead guy, it crossed the line from a judgement / legal system thing to a political hit job. There is absolutely no reason to reference a dead guy.... unless you a instructed to deliver a politically driven message.

This ^^^. The judge is following the script/instructions he was given. Whomever has been pulling the strings the past few years made sure the Judge got one last gratuitous shot in at Joe. smh.

I thought Joe Paterno did make a call...to his boss/supervisor, made him aware and turned it over to him to handle. Help me out here, is that not the procedure that was eventually recommended through Freeh/NCAA and put in place on how to handle situations like this going forward?
