In summary Dr.McCullough points out that virtually all standards and norms for pharma products were completely thrown out the window for the covid-19 vaccines/pandemic response.

We've completely ignored the second pillar and put almost all of our focus on the 1st and 4th pillars:

He has chaired/worked on over 2 dozen Data Safety Monitoring Boards for new pharmaceutical products and he said there was enough of a safety signal to shut down the covid-19 vaccine program in late Jan to early Feb 2020. There were too many unexplained deaths/excess mortality. For these jabs there was never an independent data safety monitoring board, critical event committee, nor human ethics committee all of which are standard for new products when rolled out to the public.

See around the 18 min mark of the OP video. The normal tolerance for a new biological product (regardless of proven causality) is the following:
- at around 5 deaths it gets a black box warning
- at 50 deaths it gets pulled from the market and then a deep dive into what went wrong

A good example is the 1976 swine flu shot. Caused a few hundred cases of severe neurological disorders and a few dozen deaths then was pulled. The number of reported deaths and serious injuries for the covid shot dwarfs all other previous shots.
