that play? what about the first play of the game? 62 gets pushed back into the QB's lap by #90. so either 90 is a freaking man, or 62 has issues. I know the guy didnt get the sack, and he gets ridden by the QB, but a better DT would have been in the QB's lap, imo.
Anyone there knows there was not 71k there. There as not 71k worth of area covered with any people and what was covered with people was covered at a density of 50% or less. There was not 40k of actual people in attendance.
Each upper deck is, what, 10,000 seats? 107,000 minus 20,000 = 87,000. 80% capacity of that is 70,000, and this picture sure seems to validate that.The pic was just before KO, which was not the most populated point of the game, it also showed the East side in the sun, not the more full west side. Was it 71K, probably not, but it was much more than 40K. If you want to split the difference and call it 55K thats more reasonable to say than 40.
