Anyone Else Having Problems?

With "bouncing pages". Won't scroll down as normal, wants to keep bouncing back up page.

It happened to me a few days ago. I hit refresh and it went normal.

I have not seen this on my laptop (Chrome), iPad (Safari), or iPhone (Safari).

I'm running Chrome and had no problems until yesterday. Comes and goes. Happening on other boards as well.

I tried dragging and holding the down bar down for a few seconds then it seems to stay there.

I moved from my laptop to my desktop and that solved the problem.

Right now, the problem seems to be corrected.

I was having the same problem with Chrome and IE. I uninstalled GWX and it seems to have corrected the issue as of yesterday. The Microsoft update file (KB3035583) is the culprit. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall. View the installed programs, select the file, and uninstall.

Edit: The bouncing problem just reared it's head again. I now think it is related to Shockwave...if successful I'll let you know.

Shockwave crashes so many times on my laptop it is shocking.
